What happens when a parcel arrives
It is received against your account, checked, photographed and packed into your box. The photo appears in your account, so you can see what turned up without asking anyone. If something arrives that you were not expecting, you will know before we do anything with it.
You decide everything
Nothing ships until you say so. There is no storage countdown pushing you to send before you are ready, and no item is ever disposed of without asking you first. The one thing we remove by default is bulky outer packaging, such as shoeboxes, because it saves you space and weight. Tell us to keep it and we will. If an item cannot travel, we hold it, photograph it and tell you, then you choose what happens to it.
