Every parcel is photographed the moment it arrives. Once your items are packed you get a photo of the box itself, alongside the weight so far, the size it is in, what it costs to ship today and how much allowance is left. You decide when it goes, knowing what is inside it and what it will cost, before you commit to anything.
It is matched to your account, photographed, and the photo goes out on WhatsApp. That photo is your chance to spot a wrong size, a missing item or something damaged while it is still in the UK and still returnable.
Usually the same working day
Your John Lewis delivery has arrived and been photographed. Add any packing notes now, before we process it.
The message that goes out — it names the retailer, and this is the moment you can still add packing notes.
The record in your account. It stays after the box ships, so the evidence of what was sent does not disappear.
After each delivery is packed you get a photo of the box itself — because a weight figure cannot tell you whether there is room for the coat you were thinking about.
After every delivery is processed
Your account carries the running weight, the box size your items are currently in, what it would cost to send today, how much of the allowance is left and what the next size up would cost. It updates as the box fills.
The price never changes after you have paid. If a box moves into a larger size, you see that when it happens, not on an invoice afterwards.
Tap the photo to see the space you have left.

+2An open box in a real account. Ship it today or leave it open, there is no countdown.
This is the part most services hide. If an item is too big for any box, or cannot legally travel to your country, we do not leave it sitting in a warehouse. It shows up in your account with your options, and nothing moves until you answer.
This list only shows things that need your attention. Here that is two decisions waiting for your answer and one optional note. The number is always the real number waiting. What cannot travel covers the categories in full.
Seeing your box only counts if you can act on it. Nothing below happens automatically.
Copy it whole or a line at a time, for checkouts that split the fields. Your reference is always attached.
Keep the shoebox, treat it as fragile, remove the price tags because it is a gift. The WhatsApp arrival message is your chance: after processing, the packaging may already have been removed.
Wrong size, changed mind — it can go back to the retailer while still in the UK, or to a UK address of yours. How returns work.
No countdown, no storage clock, no nudge. A box waits until you press the button.
Your usual address, or any other you have saved — useful when travelling or sending to family.
You set the declared value, and insurance is optional: you choose it yourself when you ship. What insurance covers.
See the total on the last screen and change your mind — nothing is charged, the box stays open.
Oversized items and anything that cannot travel wait on your answer, with the price or the options in front of you.
The real shipping screen. Every line on it is either yours to set or shown before you agree to it, and backing out at this point costs nothing.
To be honest about control, we should also tell you what we decide for you. There are three things.
The smallest box your items genuinely fit, because that is the cheapest one — and you see the size and price the whole time it is filling.
Shoeboxes and cartons are mostly air, so we usually remove them. That is often what lets your order fit a smaller, cheaper box.
Override it with a packing note before we processHeavier things at the bottom, gaps padded, fragile items protected. This is the part that decides whether it arrives intact.
Flag anything fragile and it is packed accordinglyWe say these plainly instead of burying them in the terms, because getting either one wrong can cost you money.
We do not offer a temperature-controlled service: anything needing cooling ships as the pharmacy packed it, at your own risk. The medication guide covers it properly.
Nobody here knows what you ordered, so nothing is checked against an invoice — which is precisely why you get the photo. You can tell at a glance the jumper is the wrong colour while it is still in the UK.
Questions, answered plainly.
Yes, every one, at no extra cost. The photo appears in your account and is sent on WhatsApp. You also get a photo of the box itself once your items have been packed into it.
Yes. Your account shows the box size, the weight so far, what it would cost to ship today and how much allowance is left. Nothing is repriced later.
Yes. The photo of the box after each delivery shows the physical space remaining, which a weight figure on its own cannot.
You do. There is no storage countdown and no automatic dispatch. It waits until you press the button, whether that is tomorrow or in six weeks.
Yes, while it is still open. An item can go back to the retailer while it is in the UK, or to a UK address of yours instead. Once a box is sealed and paid for it cannot be reopened.
Three things: which box size your items fit into, whether bulky outer packaging comes off, and how things are arranged inside. The last two can both be overridden with a packing note before the delivery is processed.
No. We photograph what arrives and pack it. You are the one who knows what you ordered, which is why the photo goes to you the same day.
No. There is no temperature-controlled service. It ships as the pharmacy packed it, at room temperature, at your own risk.
Before the delivery is processed. You are told on WhatsApp when a parcel arrives, and that is the moment to add a note in your account. After processing, the retail packaging may already have been removed.
