From a UK checkout to your front door.
Bringbox gives you a UK delivery address, receives everything you order, and sends it on to you as one box. Here is exactly what happens along the way.
You get a UK address of your own.
Signing up takes about a minute and costs nothing. You get a UK address that is yours to keep, plus access to a UK mobile number for verification codes. No subscription, and no charge for holding either.
Why the UK number matters
Plenty of UK checkouts text a verification code before they will take payment, and some will not accept an overseas mobile at all. You can have those codes sent to a UK number and passed straight to you, so a checkout that used to fail now goes through.
You shop as though you live in the UK.
Paste your Bringbox address into the delivery field at any UK retailer. If a shop delivers within the UK, it delivers to you, which includes online-only brands and the shops that have always refused to post abroad.
Supermarkets and marketplaces too
Grocery orders arriving by van are welcome, and so are marketplace and second-hand purchases sent by a private seller. Order from as many different shops as you like.
Everything gathers in one box.
Each order joins the same box, so you are never paying to ship one small parcel on its own.

…and every other UK retailer. If it delivers in the UK, it can come to you.
We receive it, check it and photograph it.
When a parcel arrives we match it to you, open the outer packaging, check the contents against what the retailer sent, and photograph it. The photo appears in your online Bringbox account within minutes, and you get a WhatsApp message too. Everything is visible in your account whenever you want it, so nothing lives only in a chat.
How we know which parcel is yours
Every address includes your own customer reference, and the retailer name and tracking number on the label are matched against your account. If a parcel cannot be matched, we hold it, photograph it and ask you rather than guessing.
If something arrives damaged or wrong
We photograph it as it came in and tell you before it goes any further, so you can raise it with the retailer while the item is still in the UK. That is far easier than discovering it after shipping.

Packed properly,
not just posted.
Items are wrapped, cushioned and packed to travel, with fragile things protected.
You decide when it ships.
Your box stays open as long as you want it to. Add to it today, next week or next month. Nothing moves until you say so, and there is no time limit and no storage fee.
What you see before you commit
Sign in to your Bringbox account from any browser, on your phone or a laptop, and you can see every item inside your box, what it currently weighs, the size it falls into and what it would cost to send right now.
Changed your mind about something?
Anything still sitting in your Bringbox can go back to the retailer instead of travelling. We package it and send it to their returns address for a flat fee per item.
One box, one delivery.
When you are ready we weigh and seal the box, photograph it sealed, generate the customs paperwork and hand it to the courier. You get a tracking number and can follow it the whole way.
Weighed as items arrive, priced when the box is sealed
Every delivery is weighed as it is added, so your account always shows the current weight and what you would pay today. The final price is set when your box is sealed, and nothing is recalculated afterwards: the figure you approved is the figure you pay.

Delivered to
your door.
Everything you have been waiting for, arriving together, with nothing left to pay on the doorstep.
Still wondering?
How long does shipping take?
About two working days from the moment your box is dispatched, for most destinations we serve. The transit time for your country is shown on the pricing page.
How many shops can I order from?
As many as you like. There is no limit on how many parcels go into one box, only the physical size and weight of the box itself.
Do I pay anything to store my items?
No. Holding your address and keeping your box open are both free. You pay once, when you choose to ship.
Can I see what has arrived before it ships?
Yes. Every item is photographed as it arrives and appears in your Bringbox, along with the current weight and price.
Can you receive supermarket and grocery orders?
Yes. Orders from UK supermarkets are welcome, including deliveries that arrive by van in crates or totes. Tinned, dried and packaged food travels well. Our boxes are not temperature controlled, so frozen food, raw meat and fish cannot travel. Chilled and fresh items can be sent at your own risk. Some destinations restrict particular foods.
What cannot be shipped?
Airlines and customs restrict some items, and the rules differ by destination. We publish the full list so you can check before you order.
