How long does shipping take?
Once your box is dispatched the flight itself is the quick part, and the table below gives the usual transit window for every destination we ship to. The part that varies is before dispatch, because your box only leaves when you decide it is ready.
The two halves of the wait
People often quote one delivery time, but there are really two stages, and only the second is fixed.
The first stage is you. Your box stays open for as long as you like while orders arrive, so this part is entirely in your hands. The second stage starts when you ship, and that is the predictable one.
After you ship
Once you press ship we weigh, seal and hand the box to the courier, then it flies. These are the usual times from dispatch, in working days, so weekends and public holidays sit outside them.

What can slow it down
- Customs can select any shipment for inspection. It is uncommon, but it is outside anyone's control.
- Weekends and public holidays at either end.
- Remote delivery addresses, which the courier may take an extra day to reach.
- Incomplete customs details, which is why we ask what is in the box before it ships.

How long does delivery take from the UK?
From dispatch it is usually 2 to 3 working days, depending on the destination. The window for each country is in the table above and on our destinations page. These exclude customs delays.
How quickly is a parcel processed after it arrives?
We aim to receive, check and photograph parcels the same working day, though at busy times it can take longer. It appears in your account once it is done.
When does the delivery time start counting?
When you ship your box, not when you place your order. Your parcels can sit with us for as long as you like before that, and there is no storage countdown.
