Both give you a free UK address and both will combine your orders. The difference is what happens to the parcel in between. Send2Hub photographs the outside of the box it arrived in, and opening it, inspecting it or photographing what is inside are things you request and pay for. Bringbox opens everything as a matter of course, photographs the items themselves, and repacks by hand. One is an automated logistics platform. The other is somebody handling your shopping.

With Bringbox, unpacking and repacking by hand is simply what happens. Shoeboxes and cartons come off, the heavy things go at the bottom, gaps are padded. It is not a service you select and there is no version of a Bringbox where it does not happen.

Where Send2Hub has the edge
They are genuinely good, and there are real reasons to choose them.
A Bringbox is priced by the size of box your things go in, and the smallest box costs what the smallest box costs whether there is a pair of contact lenses in it or nine kilograms of shopping. If you are sending one lightweight thing and nothing else is coming, paying by weight will be cheaper and you should do that instead.
Their published strength is e-commerce returns management, mail handling and business shipping, with a Business plan and volume discounts. Bringbox does none of that. If you are a retailer or you are running returns at volume, they are built for you and we are not.
They publish Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS, DHL, FedEx and DPD with live rate comparison and a price match guarantee, so you can take a slower, cheaper route when you are not in a hurry. Bringbox ships one way, with DHL, because it is the fastest and it keeps the pricing simple.
Which one suits you
Send2Hub is the better choice for one-off parcels, for business shipping and returns, and for anyone happy to compare carriers, request consolidation and ship inside the storage window. Their platform is fast and their rates are competitive.
Bringbox is the better choice if you want to see what actually turned up. Every parcel opened and photographed as standard rather than as a paid add-on, repacked by hand without being asked, no time limit, one flat price, duty already settled.
The honest test: do you want a photograph of a sealed box, or a photograph of your shopping? That is most of the difference, and it is worth deciding before you pick.
